About this item
The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor builds on the trusted Libre 2 system by offering longer wear time while maintaining the same reliable glucose accuracy and optional Bluetooth-enabled alarms for high, low, and urgent-low glucose levels.
Worn on the back of the upper arm, the sensor continuously measures glucose levels in interstitial fluid and stores readings automatically. Users can view current glucose values, trend arrows, and up to 8 hours of glucose history by scanning the sensor with a compatible FreeStyle Libre reader or smartphone app.
Real-time alarms can alert users to glucose excursions even without scanning, providing added safety during sleep, exercise, or busy daily routines. The sensor is discreet, water-resistant, and designed to remain secure through normal activities such as bathing, exercising, and sleeping.
The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor uses a simple, one-piece applicator and provides up to 15 days of continuous glucose monitoring with no routine fingerstick calibration required.
